The Student Government of Handong Global University filmed ‘Handong Anyone’ Challenge and hosted a live show on YouTube named ‘Han-Mo-Geum (Handong People, Gather on Friday)’.

The Student Government of HGU, premiered a video on their Facebook Page named ‘Handong Anyone Challenge’. This is a parody of ‘Any Song Challenge’ where people dance on the song by singer Zico titled ‘Any Song’. In this video, various people including President Chang, Professors Ju-il Kim and Jung-min Kim, members of the Student Government, staffs of campus restaurants and cafes participated.

In addition, the Student Government of HGU hosted ‘Han-Mo-Geum (Handong People, Gather on Friday)’ Live Show on YouTube through the HGU Admission Notification YouTube Channel. In this Live Show, professors communicated with students by appearing in the show and chatting with the students. Professors even decided to show some reaction when people sent in Super Chat on YouTube by singing and dancing. The funds gathered through the Super Chat will be donated to the local community of Pohang.

Je-Sung Woo, the President of HGU Student Government said, “We planned these events to cheer students who cannot come to school due to the outbreak of COVID-19. We hope that students will be able to feel comforted and go through this time of difficulty together by seeing the things that happen on Campus.”
